Shipping Policy

  • Choose between a freight provider or UPS. Delivery time varies based on your location, freighter and shipment size.
  • All orders are shipped same day or next day, unless otherwise noted.
  • A Farm Tire Warehouse representative will call you to confirm shipping information, provide tracking and a delivery schedule.
  • Most freight orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days.
  • You must be present to sign for proof of delivery.
  • Freight shipments are palletized and require a lift gate or forklift unless through UPS.
  • A commercial business address is highly recommended to ship through freight. A farm residential address does not qualify as a business address. The freighter will charge an extra $100 fee for residential shipments.
  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses will still be charged for shipping.

Return Policy

  • All in stock products will qualify for return within 30 days of purchase date. No return on special orders.
  • Exchanges are provided free of charge for in stock items.
  • Customers are responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping costs.
  • Mounted wheels and tires cannot be returned.
  • Farm Tire Warehouse will provide a return authorized number
  • Warranty inspections and claim processing are handled by your local manufacturer's representative in your area. Farm Tire Warehouse will handle warranty claims within 90 miles of our headquarters.
  • Tires/wheels damaged in shipping: Call Farm Tire Warehouse, proof of damage will need to be provided
  • Tire failure: Tires that fail due to under or over inflation are not the responsibility of Farm Tire Warehouse
  • Tire mounting: Farm Tire Warehouse is not responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by improper mounting of tires, wheels or assemblies handled by the customer.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is accepted online through all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Goodyear credit cards and gift cards are also accepted.
  • Farm Tire Warehouse will automatically charge and withhold sales tax for orders delivered to Texas, unless a Tax Exempt ID is provided.
  • For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
  • Tax ID# can be provided at time of purchase for tax exempt status
  • Please contact Farm Tire Warehouse before issuing a chargeback on a credit card. We work with every customer to make their experience satisfactory.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m getting an error when attempting to complete a purchase. It could be an issue with your address or credit card. We also accept payment on the phone, Monday – Saturday, 7:30 am – 5 pm central.
  • How do I file a warranty claim? Although Farm Tire Warehouse sells new tires with manufacturer warranties, we do not accept warranty claims online. Contact the manufacturer’s warranty department or we can help find an authorized dealer near you.
  • Do you sell used tires? Not at this time. All agriculture tires are new when purchased.
  • Can I buy a single tire? All tires listed are priced by single tire. Wheels are a separate purchase and assemblies are available on our services page.
  • Are Discounts Available?All Ag tires are priced at discounted commercial pricing.
